Implement closed loop disable
ECU currently will apply O2 sensor code trim when boosting if at part throttle before open loop engages
Finished 2.7.2005 - Rory: Closed loop can now be disabled completely, or during boost only.
Non-Oki MCU support
Further code modifications necessary for generic 8051 / clones to run ROM code
RPM adjustment / scalars for high cam in vtec code
current RPM scale useless for high RPMs. Rewrite to allow better range / adjustable range for tuning vtec motors.
Main fuel/timing table routine rewrite.
Escape beyond bounds of 15x17...
I'm fairly sure we've escaped that...
