The P04 came in European cars.  I'm not sure which years or models, so someone fill this in.  They look nearly identical in design to late model PM5 ECUs.
-  1992 Civic 1.5 LSi with a d15b2 engine DPFI and a P04 ECU ( 37820 P04 G00 )
 
-  1993 Civic 1.5 LSi with a D15B2 engine DPFI and P04 ECU ( 37820 P04 G02 )
 
-  1995 Civic 1.5 LSi with a d15b2 engine and a P04 ECU (37820 P04 G04)
